Tiflis/Tbilisi + surroundings
I think that 4-5 days is enough. It's very convenient to visit wine district Alazany Valley and anciant city Mtskheta from here.

Usually it's a one-day trip to Alazany Valley and half-day trip to Mtskheta.

Kazbegi/Stepantsminda
It's increadible place near Kazbeg mountain. Deffenetly recommend you Rooms Hotel Kazbegi there. They have the best view and best service.

You could make tracking there too. 2 nights there is good.

Batumi + The Black Sea
After Tusheti is better to rerurn to Tbilisi and make stop there. After this Batumi and The Black Sea is a good idea. You could find different interesting places near Batumi or could stay in Batumi. Poti placed near Batumi is very nice. But service could be very basic but homey.

In Poti they have voulcanic black sand.
Batumi is very modern and intresting city. Deffenetly recommend to visit.

After relaxed sea and beach time trip to Svaneti is good idea. Full details you'll find below.

Where To Stay?
Guesthouse Samtsikhe. They speak English and could help you with trekking. They have maps with routes. And you could walk by yourself. Also you can do it with giude.

Prices
Room with breakfast&dinner - 70 ლ per person (24 €).
Guide for trekking - 100 ლ for a day (34 €).
Transfer from Tbilisi to Tusheti - 400 ლ (135 €) one way.
Horse tours are also available.
**Svaneti

Room with private bathroom and WC - 70 ლ (24 €). Meal for additional cost.
